  • Job Description

    Our IT Department is seeking a Full Time IT Support Specialist to join the team! Typical schedule is Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Candidates must be willing to travel to all locations (Pasco and Hillsborough Counties). The role is responsible for providing remote help desk support and assisting staff in troubleshooting their computer hardware and/or software. 

    Responsibilities

    • Provide remote help desk support to assist staff in troubleshooting their computer hardware/software
    • Perform hands-on fixes at the desktop level, including installing and upgrading software and configuring systems and applications
    • Identify and learn appropriate software and hardware used and supported by the organization
    • Provide on-site training on hardware and software systems as defined by IT standard operating procedures.
    • Perform incidental duties as needed

    Requirements

    • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
    • Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field a plus
    • In depth knowledge of Desktop Operating Systems deployment, configuration, and administration
    • Experience with Windows 7/8 Professional
    • Experience in Windows Server 2008/2012 technologies (Exchange, Terminal Server, Active Directory, etc)
    • Two years of experience in a related role required
    • Must be willing to travel to any FMC location as needed
