  • Job Description

    We are seeking a Full Time Phone Receptionist for our Tampa office. Typical schedule is Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Previous customer service/call center experience highly preferred. Bilingual candidates (English/Spanish) a plus!


    • Answers phones and assists callers
    • Properly schedule patients for appointments for the providers
    • Handle Intergy tasks
    • Complete the Transfer Request Forms as needed
    • Place calls to patients to remind them of upcoming appointments
    • Perform incidental duties as needed


    • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
    • Strong customer service orientation
    • Excellent telephone etiquette
    • Strong team player
    • Basic computer proficiency
    • Previous customer service/call center experience preferred
    • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus!


    Physical and Mental Demands:

    • Normal physical ability; able to sit for long periods
    • Normal concentration and normal complexity of decision making
    • High level verbal and written communication skills
    • Above average ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously


    Occupational Exposure:

    • Low risk exposure to bloodborne pathogens and chemical hazards
