Job Description

This opening is for a Full Time Administrative Assistant in the Land O Lakes Administration office. Typical schedule is Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. The role is responsible for assisting Directors on a daily basis and supporting the departments. We are seeking a candidate with Microsoft Excel experience and Recruiting background. 


  • Perform administrative functions (maintain call schedules, assist in recruiting candidates, facilitate meetings, etc)
  • Manage workflows within departments (oversee inventory, produce memos, spreadsheets, etc)
  • Assist with payroll
  • Review time clock reports for departments
  • Assist in collecting time sheets for salaried employees
  • Perform incidental duties as requested


  • High school graduate or GED equivalent
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong computer proficiency in Word, Excel and other applications
  • Demonstrated ability to lead people and get results through others
  • Ability to plan ahead, organize and manage multiple priorities
  • Experience in managing float schedules helpful
  • At least one year of related experience is required
  • Microsoft Excel experience
  • A background in recruiting is preferred
